My full sized samples arrived in the mail. NatureLuxe in 310 Flax and Tulip 205 Lip Gloss Balm. Been trying them both for a week now. The foundation goes on smooth, you don't even need a foundation brush to apply it. It did reduce the redness around my nose and didn't fully cover my blemishes. It was very smooth and had a lightweight feeling. The fact that it does contain an spf 10 is a plus. For those who don't use a foundation on a daily basis like myself i found it to be a good product.

Now for the New COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Gloss Balm

The color Tulip is extremely sheer and leaves just a hint of color. The advantage to this product is that is like a light wearing lipstick and chap stick in one. There wasn't a sticky feeling like you have with some other lip glosses. The Gloss Balm glides on smooth and is pretty long wearing. I always reach for anything that goes on my lips for daytime to have an spf and the fact it is an spf 15 is great! It did condition my lips and have felt a difference in the over all feel of my lips. Its a great subtle color that you can wear to the office, doing errands, or watching a ball game. I bet it will go nice in the Summer pool side. If your into packaging it is a cool cucumber color that has a simple design.

Out of the two products I will repurchase both especially the other color lip balms. Now tell me your experiences!

Puppy Chow - recipe

Over the weekend my family and I went to visit some friends. While we were there she handed us a bowl with what looked like powdered sugar chex mix. Curious I asked for the ingredients, she was unsure and said her sister makes it by the bag fulls. Did some investigating and found the recipe my self.

9	cups Rice Chex, Corn Chex or Chocolate Chex cereal (or combination)
1	cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2	cup peanut butter
1/4	cup butter or margarine
1	teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2	cups powdered sugar

1.	Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
2.	In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3.	Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Lowe's Lowe's home goods store is making it easier to plant a tree for Earth Day. On April 23, the company will be giving away one million trees to the people who walk into their stores.

National Park Service To get people out and enjoying the Earth they're protecting, the National Parks Service has made their parks free from April 16 to April 24.

Home Depot are hosting free workshops starting on Earth Day to teach customers basic gardening. An eco-friendly gardening class will be held both at 7 p.m. Thursday and 1 p.m. Saturday at stores across the country. You can also go back to Home Depot at 10 a.m. on Saturday for a free class on energy-efficient, electricity- and water-saving products.
